10 AM: HOW TO PRODUCE AN INDEPENDENT FILM ON A SHOESTRING BUDGET- HOSPITALITY SUITE, HOLIDAY INN

Prolific and award-winning Los Angeles based filmmaker working primarily in narrative film along with production work in live television, web series and music videos, Joe Black is the co-founder and head of production for Blue Means Pregnant Films; an independent company focused on community based film production. He will be discussing the process of filmmaking in today's market and what it takes to produce a film on a shoestring budget.

As much as writing dialog is an art – it’s also a craft – that has an ample toolkit.
In this informative and fun seminar presented by Award winning Screenwriter, Michael Chasin, you’ll learn the tools for creating compelling dialog including dialog echoing, brevity, speech patterns, and rhythm in dialog, to name a few.
